I have removed the license for the user and i enrolled the device , how the device can enroll without license ?

i have removed the license for the user , and i enrolled the android device with corporate owned device with work profile , without license how the device can enroll ?

in all devices its showing that device is compliant and we can perform the actions like remote lock , wipe how this can be possible without license to the user ?

    If this user doesn't have an Intune license, this user can't enroll your android device. Having an Intune license is a prerequisite to do device enrollment.

    Generally, we use an Intune global admin account to do some actions like remote lock, wipe in Intune portal. It is not suggested to give these permissions to any Intune user account. So, we can use an Intune global admin account to do wipe action and Intune global admin account still has an Intune license.
