Hi

This is to inform you that I lost all the files I had in my account; I am very disappointed. Please let me know what to do, as this information is essential. All my data for 3 Years.

Since you selected the IIS tag, I assume you are using a Windows Server machine and experienced data loss? But that environment does not seem to match "all the files I had in my account". Can you describe more about the actual situation? You might open a support case via https://support.microsoft.com as soon as you can, so that professionals can review your case and suggest the best way to recover your data.
