Cannot send/reply/forward email from Email Shared Folder - Outlook App

Hi, my colleagues and I have just met a new issue. We are unable to send/reply/forward emails from Email Shared Folders. We are using Outlook App version 1.2023.816.100. How to fix it?

    Does this issue occur on web mail?
    And what's your account? Exchange online account or anything else?

    Based on my test on New Outlook for Windows with the same version as yours, i can send/reply/forward email from Email Shared Folder. Did you receive any error when the issue occurred?

    In order to further confirm if the issue is related to the specific shared mailbox, it's suggested that you could add another shared mailbox and do the same operation to check if there're any differences.
