MFA issue, restricted tenant access.

So I have a default directory and a new directory(for B2C tenant).

To switch between these 2 directories I need to go through MFA that was set on new directory. Recently I lost access to the phone no. used for MFA here, so I am unable to access the new directory and the tenant that resides on it.

I have tried to change authentication method and the phone number in default directory, but these changes wont apply to the new directory. Since this is a self project, there's no other user who can help manage access through AAD in new directory.

Open for suggestions, need help to access new directory that has MFA setup.

    Hi @Shreya G ,

    If you have an alternative MFA method set up you can use that one. Otherwise if you are completely locked out and do not have any other MFA method, your options are to reach out to support or to the Azure Data Protection team to restore your access.

    Alternatively, you can create a ticket through your working tenant.
