Is there a way to project a PDF document on the screen during breakout rooms during a Teams Webinar? Or, an easy way for participants to look at a file during breakout room exercises?

Yes, there is a way to share a PDF document with participants during breakout rooms in a Teams Webinar. Here's how you can do it:

1. Start the Teams Webinar and create breakout rooms.
2. Open the PDF document you want to share.
3. Click on the "Share" button in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Select "Microsoft Teams" from the list of options.
5. Choose the breakout room you want to share the document with.
6. Click "Share" to start sharing the document with the participants in the selected breakout room.

Alternatively, you can also upload the PDF document to the Teams channel or OneDrive and share the link with the participants in the breakout room. They can then access the document by clicking on the link.
