Automating the KB downloads

Question

Hi

I need to automate the downloads about cumulative update for windows 10 and net framework for windows 10.

But to find the available actual KB in a script we need to use this link:

"https://support.microsoft.com/app/content/api/content/asset/en-us/4000816"

But this link is is not updating since oct,2018.

Anyones know if Microsoft will update this link or make a new one?

This kind of link exist for net framework ?
