How to FIX Blank Icon V.2 ? it's V.2 because its not just blank anymore

Question

I don't understand why the icon logo disappears completely,

NOT JUST WHITE, BUT COMPLETELY MISSING

even the logo on the control panel

i can't see the "properties" option after right clicking on an app

-I have tried cleaning the registry with the CCleaner application, scanning for viruses, and fixing some of the registry

what do I have to do ? I'm so sad T.T
