Help I am not allowed to have student benefits

I wanted to access the benefits for students, and I am not allowed even though I put all the information requested, the message says Unable to confirm your University ID, I am from Peru and I study at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. My email is u202120615@upc.edu.pe
