If I make any changes in the urls of my netapps, it is necessary to restart, I made some changes in some linux servers and if I need to restart them, will the netapps need to be restarted? Is it to carry out any process?

    Firstly, No need of restarting the Netapps Storage Account( It's cloud storage managed by Azure) .
    Since you have made changes in Linux server, you can may restart the system for necessary changes to take places.

    Additional information: NetApp storage systems, commonly used for managing and storing data in enterprise environments, usually don't require a restart when changes are made to URLs or network configurations on Linux servers. NetApp storage is designed to be accessible over the network, and changes on the server side, such as modifying network settings, generally shouldn't impact the operation of the NetApp storage system.
