I got my excel associate certificate on December of 2022. I never got an email notifying me to renew my certificate and when I go to my Microsoft Learn profile there is no option for me to renew my certificate.
I've already connected my certificate profile to my microsoft learn profile but there is no option for me to renew my certificate.
