outlook.exe exit with -532462766

Hi there,

we're getting an "outlook.exe exit with -532462766" error, when trying to send an email from a CRM software (java): (error message in german)

Unbehandelte Ausnahme: System.InvalidCastException: Das COM-Objekt des Typs "Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass" kann nicht in den Schnittstellentyp "Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._Application" umgewandelt werden. Dieser Vorgang konnte nicht durchgeführt werden, da der QueryInterface-Aufruf an die COM-Komponente für die Schnittstelle mit der IID "{00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}" aufgrund des folgenden Fehlers nicht durchgeführt werden konnte: Fehler beim Laden der Typbibliothek/DLL. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).

• The app always creates temp files, because it's cloud based
• I wrote a simple Python Application with win32, it doesn't seem to have any problems at all with opening emails on outlook
• We have multiple Windows Systems. On one of them the CRM and outlook communication works flawlessly, but I can't find any major differences
• Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
• Latest Office version

Any help would be appreciated! I can translate the error message if needed.
