@Anonymous Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document based on your subscription type. If you still cannot access your Azure profile, you can still change your billing information by contacting Azure support. Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to the Azure support page at https://azure.microsoft.com/support/.
- Click on "Get support" at the top of the page.
- Select the subscription that you want to change the billing information for.
- Select "Billing" as the issue type.
- Select "Contact support" as the contact method.
- Fill out the form with your contact information and a description of the issue.
- Click "Submit".
Once you have submitted the support request, a support representative will contact you to assist with changing your billing information. They will also be able to generate a new invoice based on the updated information.
Note that you may need to provide proof of identity and ownership of the subscription before the support representative can make any changes to your billing information.
