Why Cortana is removed from windows 10?

why does Cortana remove from windows 10? and there is another alternative program to replace Cortana position from windows 10 and 11?

According to the official description:

Cortana in Windows as a standalone app is deprecated. Support for Cortana in Teams mobile, Microsoft Teams display, and Microsoft Teams Rooms will end in the fall of 2023. Cortana in Outlook mobile will continue to be available.
