Hello everyone,

as a company that is active in fintech and uses Azure ML, OpenAI service, we have recently applied for "Modified Content Filters and Abuse Monitoring” as in this way we can proceed regarding our customer data privacy and securities matters. Unfortunately, our request was declined last on 24 July 2023 due to "UNMANAGED CUSTOMER" and since then we could not get more details about managed customers and how to be considered in this category. we have created a ticked, talked to sales experts, etc. but NO ONE could answer us yet!

it would be appreciated if any MS experts in Azure OpenAI Service could help us in this matter.

we use this form:

We are ready to provide more details about this.

Best,

Amir

@Amir Rahimi Thanks for the details, This capability for filter modification is offered to managed customers only, as stated in the form itself. I believe it's due to the increased risk of misuse / bypassing responsible AI criteria when filters are modified.

A 'managed customer' refers to the fact that they are on our Managed Account List (MAL). but a managed account should have an account team and thus in MSX it should have an owner.

We would recommend raising support ticket for this.Attached image - No description set
