Hi @Wenying Lu-MSFT I just find a bug about bing web search. When the page scrolls to certain positions, the header will flash,and my edge's version is 116.0.1938.62.

Does this problem only occur on one device? Can this problem be reproduced on other browsers?

Have you ever encountered a similar situation before Edge 116？

@Wenying Lu-MSFT I think it does‘t matter with edge,this is a front-end bug of bing web search.I have not similar issues in other search engines,you can refer to the image.
