    @Cesar Diaz, Thanks for posting in Q&A. 

    From your description, we understand that you cannot enroll device in Intune.

    For the error code 80180014, I did some research about the issue, please check whether you have both Intune and Azure AD Premium licenses assigned to the user trying to register the device.

    Moreover, please check if you have Enrollment device platform restriction policy that could block the device from registration, such as whether Windows(MDM) settings is Block. Whether personal device is blocked.

    However, if above cannot be worked, please check enrollment logs on target device which located in Event viewer > Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider > Admin to see if there is any related error.
