How do I change the color of the header bar?

How do I change the color of the headers in the webpage? When I added the webpart on one page it displays with a green bar:

On another page under the same site it displays as an orange bar:

Can you tell me why? Also how do you change the color of the font from white to black?

    I figured this one out! It is in the customcss file.
