MFA: Authentication methods/Authenticator settings

Trying to setup Authenticator settings for groups. But Registration is greyed out for some reason, and cannot figure out why?

Since the option to add groups is there, it seems I should be able to have 1 one where it's required, and another where it's optional for example.

All that is being migrated to a new methodL

But I think what you are seeing is a result of the converged experience as well:

Registration is handled in a different menu so that is prob not relevant anymore in that specific policy option there

But isn't this a setting in the new method? The screenshot attached in last post is what you get when clicking Microsoft Authenticator (underlined in screenshot below), which is settings in the new method. Also Migration in "Manage migration" on this screen is set to complete.

Where are you otherwise able to have different settings for different users, besides from setting them on a per user level, to force MFA on some users and others not?

i also cannot get the answer of why this registration is optional. Is this because if you want to change it to mandatory you should create a registration campaign? I strongly need to have all users register for MFA app
