USB Camera is pixelated in Teams but not in camera setting. Avatar in Teams is pixelated too!

I've just bought a new USB camera as I don't want to use the integrated camera in my laptop (it's tucked away under the monitor risers that I have). When viewing the output in Windows 11's camera settings, everything looks fine. However, when starting a call in Teams, everything is pixelated. I decided, as a joke, that I would enter a meeting as a Teams avatar instead of being all pixelated, and the weird thing is that my avatar is also pixelated. What is going on between Teams and my camera to cause that? N.B. I have already tried clearing the Team cache and I've used Teams online. The problem remains.

    @Anonymous

    The option is no longer present in new MS Teams.
