How do I synchronize the Windows 11 Enterprise settings on two computers that have the same Microsoft accounts?

Hi,

Please navigate to Settings > Accounts > Windows Backup and select Remember my preferences. When you use your Microsoft account on another computer, your settings will automatically sync.
