Stop Edge from posting all notifications

Every time Microsoft Edge introduces a new feature it publishes an alert.
The most recent alert "Welcome to Microsoft Edge for Business..." popped up on our shared application servers and required the users to click the dismiss button.

We have already updated Group Policy with the ShowRecommendationsEnabled key set to disabled and the users are still getting the notifications.

Is there another way to stop the notifications?

    Hi @VinceV2022

Microsoft is actively working on a group policy to control the appearance of the new Edge for Business banner. If there's any update, I'll post it in my answer as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding!

    UPDATE

Starting with Edge 117.0.2045.21, the following policy will also control the banner to appear: PromotionalTabsEnabled , which needs to be disabled.

With Edge 118, the banner will not be shown at all.

With Edge Version 116.0.1938.76, the banner will be shown only 3 times to the user, in case he did not yet click the "Dismiss" button.
