I have a user that needed his password changed so he could connect to our server which is set up using AD credentials. I changed his password in both Azure and O365, but he still can't sign in. Any suggestions?

Hi @Support MiriamSTL , it's possible that the password change hasn't propagated to all systems yet. Here are a few suggestions to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Ensure the password change was successful: Double-check that the password change was successful in both Azure and O365.
    2. Wait for propagation: Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for the password change to propagate across all systems. Ask the user to wait for a few minutes and try again.
    3. Reset the password again: If the issue persists, try resetting the user's password again in Azure Active Directory. Make sure to communicate the new temporary password to the user.
    4. Check for synchronization issues: If you're using Azure AD Connect, ensure that the password synchronization is working correctly between your on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.
    5. Enable self-service password reset: Consider enabling self-service password reset for users, so they can reset their passwords without administrator intervention.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
