How can I access Readability Statistics in Word documents?

I have tried the recommended method of opening a Word document, clicking Editor, and when the edit score has calculated, looking for Document Stats. However, after the score has calculated I can see only Editor Score, Corrections, Refinements, Similarity, and Insights. These headings are all in a boldface font. Beneath Insights there are the words Document stats - but nothing happens there - no message that stats are being calculated - just nothing. I have used the readability information in my work in the past to lower grade level of my writing, as I worked with people who were barely literate. Today I don't have that need, but I still would like to check my writing to see how widely readable it may be. I hope someone can help with this issue.
