How do i overcome O365 email sending and receiving limits?

Need to send and receive emails to clients using internal applications that would exceed the hard limits set up by Microsoft O365 environment. Please advise if this is possible, or alternative methods while still retaining O365 environment for emails.

    You cannot, Exchange Online is a shared service after all, so there are certain limits that cannot be exceeded. Use a third-party tool that specializes in mail campaigns, or spin up an SMTP relay server and use it instead.
