"View error details" not shown

Question

I am not able to click this (View error details) and see the error message.

This is an error message when I pressed "Debug" to run and when error happened.

It was something that was happening for a long time, but I did not ask around yet nor got the solution yet.

I tried to look at Monitor, but nothing is shown:

Where do I go or what is solution?

Thank you for posting query in Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Q. I am trying to see how I could see the details of error message or why it would not open when I click the link.

A. When some there were some expressions related errors or configuration related errors, then in ADF we face these kind of error message and that link will be not responsive. Here actually error message is not user friendly, hence its little confusing.

I forwarded this feedback to internal team. I would request you to share your implementation details exactly so that i can repro that and share feedback to internal team. Thank you for helping on this.

SInce there was an issue in the expression aspect, the pipeline was in erroneous state thereby leading to failure in debug activity
