Starting from June this year, I have been unable to render any models on Microsoft Edge. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, disabling all plugins, switching GPU rendering in edge://flags/, changing all possible related settings, but to no avail!!!!! I'm using the latest version of Microsoft Edge stable release on macOS 13.

    Hi @鑫 陈,

Tested on macOS Ventura 13.4.1 and latest version of Microsoft Edge (116.0.1938.62), but unfortunately, I'm not unable to reproduce this issue. You can follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Toggling Use hardware acceleration when available in Edge settings.
    2. Cleaning all the cookies and cache.
    3. Disable all Edge extensions. (If the plugins you've mentioned mean Edge extensions, you can skip it)
    4. Test on another local Edge profile.
    5. Test in InPrivate mode.
    6. Test on Edge Insider channels like Edge Dev and Edge Canary.
    7. Test on other browsers like Chrome.
    8. Test on another macOS device if possible.

Meanwhile, you can report this issue to Edge Dev Team by sending feedback in Microsoft Edge (Alt+Shift+I). If it is a Microsoft Edge issue, the Dev Team will be working on a solution accordingly.
