i cannot register for the "Azure Database Administrator Associate" exam

I want to register for the "Azure Database Administrator Associate" exam. However, when I click on the "schedule exam" button, the next page displays the message: "申し訳ございません。サービスが中断されたため、指定された操作を完了できませんでした。もう一度お試しください。問題が解決しない場合は、カスタマー サポートにお問い合わせください。" How can I resolve this issue?
