unable to verify the trophy on freecode camp for c# program by Microsoft and freecode camp

I have completed all the tasks in the First Module of 'Foundational C# with Microsoft'. But am unable to get the trophy in freecode camp. Everytime I click on 'Verify Trophy' it shows 'We were unable to verify your trophy from Microsoft's learning platform.' messsage, inspite of verifying it from my side.
