The USB-connected printer reports an error, the previous USB device connected to this computer is not working properly, and Windows does not recognize it.

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

Please try to change Printer USB cable and connect this Printer to different USB port from Computer side.

Also , Do you see any Amber Lights or Printer or any Error on Printer dashboard.

    Hi 雪飞 张,

The issue is usually due to a hardware malfunction. Please connect your printer to other computers and see if it can be recognized normally. If not, you need to contact the printer manufacturer.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
