Problem with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop - synchronizing Fonts not working if FSLogix is enabled.

We see that FSLogix moves Files from: C:\Users\markus-test\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

to: C:\Users\local_markus-test\Adobe what it shouldn't do / what is wrong...

    Hello,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

Please work through the following suggestions:

    1. Check your FSLogix rules and configurations, especially any exclusion rules. Ensure that there are no rules redirecting Adobe-related folders to the incorrect location.
    2. In Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, go to Preferences or Settings and check if you can manually set the font sync folder path to the correct location.
    3. Review your Group Policy settings related to FSLogix. Ensure that there are no conflicting policies or settings causing the folder redirection issue.
    4. Make sure that you are using the latest version of FSLogix, as updates may contain bug fixes or improvements that address such issues.
    5. As a troubleshooting step, you can temporarily disable FSLogix to see if Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop functions correctly without it. This can help isolate the issue.
