Instant sandbox of "Microsoft 365 Developer Program" didn't fill mailboxes with data

Good day. I have an account with microsoft 365 developer program active. I created it with "instant sandbox". It create 16 sample users, but their mailboxes are practically empty. I found some reports that contain. They say that some messages wasn't delivered because of spam filter. In developer program dashboard i can sea that "Mail and Events" data sample has been successfully installed. Can i somehow reinstall that dataset?
