OneDrive - the "new" button above the files is gone (because of added "New" button in Home area). File Handler "new" items are gone!

Question

We rely on File Handlers. The "new" option for File Handlers only shows up in the "New" menu that used to appear above the file list itself. Other "New" menus not over the file list never had the File Handler entries. Now, with a recent change, it looks like the upload and "new" that has always appeared above the file list is gone.

Please add the File Handler entries to the remaining "New" menu!
