Hi,
I have 2 user who are located in same OU in AD for user and computer.
Both users are getting same gpo
1 user can access an http://url.com but other user can't.
Is they any way I can export settings from both users browser to compare if they is anything different

Is user able to access other websites?

No error message it just nothing happens.
Is it possible to export Edge settings so that I can compare it

2023-09-03T14:03:28.6166667+00:00 Try open Microsoft Edge and press Ctrl+Shift+N that will open InPrivate browsing and see if the problem persists?
Try open command prompt and ping the website like ping url.com and see if you will receive ping response?

- Could you please share the screenshot when the non-working user access that url?
- Have you tried the above method to export the user data and compare that?
- Did the issue occur before? Please share the version of your Edge browser.

Both users and computer are in same AD OU, Same GPO
Working user and none working user are using same machine on same network port
