App detailed-Http Logs in Azure App Service for Linux

I hosted a web API on azure app service using a docker image (linux) And for production purpose I need all http requests to be logged. I tried " Diagnostic settings (preview)" and I selected "Archive to a storage account" , But when I checked my logs I found all http request except request & response body and header.

So, is there a way to log this details for debugging purpose.

Could you please confirm if you have enabled Application logging as mentioned in the doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/troubleshoot-diagnostic-logs#enable-application-logging-linuxcontainer

Also, there are two ways of managing log files in container. Docker best practices suggest that all logs be redirected to the STDOUT. This allow commands like docker logs or az webapp log.

Check if you have downloaded the application logs my application is writing to STDOUT and STDERR inside its docker container by following this documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/troubleshoot-diagnostic-logs#access-log-files
