Microsoft Exam Revocation Claim

Hello,

I want to make a claim for an exam revocation, resolution case #10224690 Pearson Vue, I am not satisfied,

1. you indicate that the exam had started and that is not true. The exam had not started because I did not even accept the terms.
2. I never left the exam room, I just stepped aside for a moment to pick up the phone in case you called me because we were unable to launch the exam.

You can check it yourself in the recording, even the proctor took about 1 hour to answer me.

I request that the case be reviewed again with all the evidence you have (including the time it took the proctor to contact me, as well as the screams that were heard and that I could not understand anything when I was able to talk to her).

I do not feel it is right to have my exam revoked for no fault of my own and be made to pay for it again.

I request that the voucher be returned to me so that I can take the exam again free of charge.
