Unable To Login for Project Plan 1

Question

I'm paying a monthly subscription for Project Plan 1, but I am unable to login. When I try to login, it says I can't use my personal email.

Please let me know either how I can access it or cancel my subscription. This is very frustrating.

Hello, it sounds like you may have signed up using a personal account. If it was provided by your company you’ll need to contact them about the issue but if you can do it yourself then this is the link to set up a business account that Microsoft will accept:

1. Go to the business accounts page:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business#heading-ocb6f5

1. Click “Compare Plans and Pricing” then choose the plan that best suits your needs or click “Try free for one month” which will sign you up for the standard version.
2. Sign up for the plan and it’ll give you an email probably ending with .onmicrosoft

You can also cancel your original subscription following these steps I found from Enkh Battsooj:

1. Go to the microsoft project trial page:
   https://www.microsoft.com/en-ww/microsoft-365/project/project-management-software
2. Go to free trial option "Try now" and when it asks you to set up your account, put in the account that you set up your subscription in the first place.
   

And it will say you already have an account, so will tell you to sign in.

1. Then it will list the subscription that you have of Project, and lets you to cancel it there.
