Hello,

I am trying to import photos into a couple of photo viewers and their not showing up. When I go to folder that contains them I am able to access them but when I try to make any changes I get this error message. Then when I go to advanced properties I see that the owner doesn't have control and Root/Unix. Please Advise.Screenshot 2023-09-01 172115

    Hi,

Please open the Advanced Security Settings for the file and change the Owner to your user account or you can open cmd as administrator and run takeown.exe to take the ownership.

    Best Regards,
