Microsoft Lists in Teams

When I fill a "Person or Group" field it is not finding the name I need to use, thus not allowing the input. This name has their own Teams channel and access to multiple other channels. There are also files on SharePoint with this name plus an email address.

To narrow down this issue, could you provide detailed screenshot about this issue?

In this case, we recommend you check if these users can be searched in Office 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com). If these users cannot be found, "Person or Group" field will not find their names either.
