The MSDN's subscriptions expired and all the data related had been deleted,

    Hi,

If the data is deleted and Subscription cannot be reactivated nothing can be done, you can setup again if the domain names are available with PAYG subscription.

Or you can raise a support case with Microsoft via this link https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/support/create-ticket/

    Hope this helps.

    Hi

Since it is almost four years since MSDN switched over to Learn, I would not set up my hopes for getting any info out about your domains.

    Best regards

Unless you own those custom domains, I'm not sure if you will be able to recover them. If you are looking to create new Azure App Services with custom domains see:

Buy an App Service domain and configure an app with it
