Power BI Workspace access - not able to add registered app

Hello everyone,

I am trying to work towards my first embedded power BI report. I have registerd the app and created the security group. When I look at the "Manage Access" panel in power BI for the workspace, I see an option only to add people. If I enter the registered app name, the add button remains disabled.

I have enabled the "Allow service principals to use Power BI APIs" in the admin portal tenant settings. Can someone please help me with this issue?

    If you are looking to register an app for Power BI I would recommend following the guide:

    To use Power BI embedded analytics, you need to register an Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) application in Azure. The Azure AD app establishes permissions for Power BI REST resources, and allows access to the Power BI REST APIs.
