Buttons in my xbox one controller are not working

Some buttons on my xbox one controller are not working. I'm talking about RB and LB, XYAB, D-pad, pair button, and start and share buttons. I've bought the controller separately for my PC.I've already updated the controller with xbox accesories. Also because my pairing button doesn't work i can only turn it on by cable.

    If the buttons are dirty or sticky, they could occasionally not work.

    1. Disconnect your controller.
    2. Get a soft cloth.
    3. Clean your controller's edges, buttons, and outer case.
    4. Connect your controller.

    If the above doesn't fix then check the device's motherboard. One possible reason why the buttons on your Xbox controller are not functioning is a faulty motherboard.
