Authenticator gives me double notifications

Hi,

I've been using the MS Authenticator app for years without any issues. A couple weeks ago, I started get two notifications every time I needed to log into MS related things. One of them has a little blue icon and one doesn't. The one that does NOT have the blue icon is the normal notification.. Tapping on that opens up the normal prompt and everything works fine. The one that HAS the blue icon does not work. If I tap it, it opens up a number pad but it's a phone number pad that has the letters on the number keys. Entering the code number here does not work.

I don't know where this double notification came from or how to make it go away. Anyone else run into this and have any idea how to resolve it?
