Disabling Azure FrontDoor

How can I disable Azure Front Door? I did not sign up for it, and it is blocking some of my websites.

I understand that you would like to disable your Azure Front Door.

Please note that Azure Front Door is a service in Azure that someone has explicitly created.

You can always delete this resource as long as you have access to the resource.

I didn't create this and I don't subscribe to Azure. How did it get on my computer? I don't know what the resource is or how to find it?

AFD is not part of your computer.

It is hosted in the Internet/Azure to provide reverse proxy to websites.

It is possible that you are accessing a site that is behind an AFD.

If you are not the owner of the AFD, then you will not be able to managed it or delete it.

You must reach out the party that is hosting the website you are trying to access and check with them why they are blocking your request using AFD.

The blocking is happening with my credit union. I was using the site earlier today and now it is blocked. The only way I can unblock it is if I clear the cache in Chrome and then if I sign out, I have to clear the cache again before it lets me sign in again.

In that case, you must reach out to your credit union 3rd party and inform them of this behavior.

They can check the logs at their end and see why this issue is happening.

As a consumer with no access to the AFD's configuration, we can neither check the logs nor delete/disable it.
