hi, I want to create a customized model. but tell me "Authorization failed: the user does not have permissions for this operation. Check the user roles to add the required permissions." how will i to do?

@ifreegroup Could you add details about the Azure AI service that you are referring to? As mentioned in the answer below, you might just need to contact your account administrator to provide the required access. Usually, on the IAM page, under Roles tab of your resource, search for "cognitive" and this will list all the built in roles available, select the required contributor role based on your service and try again after few minutes. Thanks!!

@ifreegroup Which AI service are you trying to use? A screen shot would be helpful. Try adding contributor permission if you could and retry the same.

Yes, finetuning is currently disabled for all regions. This is due to capacity constraints, any change in the fine tuning policy will be updated on the what's new page of the documentation. Thanks!!

Hi @ifreegroup

The error message you are seeing is related to roles,

In order to create the model you need roles, If you are using a organization subscription ask The owner to add roles to you,

Search for Azure active directory in the search bar

Under "Azure Active Directory," click on "Users" or "User settings."

Locate your user account in the list of users and click on it to open your user details.

In your user details, you will see the "Directory role" or "Roles and administrators" section.
