double MCID

before registering for an exam, I updated my profile. I then completed the exam registration but can't find the upcoming appointment in my certification profile. seems Microsoft somehow assigned another MCID after I updated my profile details hence the conflict. any help on how to rectify the problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks
