You could try to following methods check if this helps unblock you:
- Clear your browsing data:
Settings> Privacy and services> Under the “Clear browsing data” section, click the Choose what to clear button>
Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear. - Disable profile sync:
Settings> Profiles> Turn off sync (Check if sync is turn on) - Try recreating the profile to check if that works.
Settings> Profiles> Click 3 dots of account> remove.
Then relog-in the profile check if issue persist.
Please then let us know if these works for you.
Update:
- Settings> System and performance> "Startup boost". Try to disable or enable check if there are some different effects.
- Settings> System and performance> disable "Use hardware acceleration when available."
- Settings> System and performance> disable "Efficiency mode."
- Disable extensions and check if one of your extensions is causing the issue.
