Promotional Trailer Field Disabled

Hello,

Is there a way to confirm if a field for your PDP disabled?

We've been trying to upload a promotional trailer asset to our PDP page, however, the field is not allowing us to upload any video asset. I've even tried loading an older video asset that I know was previously live in the store.

This is the first time we've ever had this issue. It may seem that our trailer upload function has been disabled. Do either of you know if there is a workaround here?
