Problem : Automatically some temp files open at desktop.

Description :

When I restart or turn on the laptop then all random files from temp folder open at desktop. the temp files are from Users(username)\AppData\Local\Temp

Note : here the AppData folder is hidden at users.

even after delete all temp files it's again open after restart the laptop.

Also the all files open in notebook with multiple text files.

I can't understand what's the problem?

May be, by mistake i deleted a files from C drive ?

First, make sure your computer is not infected with malware or a virus. Run a full system scan using your installed antivirus software or use a reliable antivirus program to scan your system. Remove any detected threats.

It's possible that there are shortcuts in your user's startup folder that are causing these files to open on the desktop. To check this:

    a. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.

    b. Type shell:startup and press Enter. This will open the Startup folder for your user account.

    c. Delete any shortcuts or files that you don't recognize or that you suspect are causing the issue.

As you have already cleared Temp folder but still facing the issue so, it might be due to corrupted user profile. To confirm this, create a new user account with same credentials to check.
