DL mail flow

team,

i have one Dl created on premise environment, we have some users who are outside our org and they want to be added in DL members to have mail delivered to their outside organization

what pre checks i have to do?? have to check if external forwarding is on/off?? or we can create contact n add them as DL members

help me with possible solutions

    Hi @kanupriya khanna

    You are right, you could create mail contacts for external users and adding those contacts as members of the DL. This will allow external users to receive emails sent to DL.

    <<have to check if external forwarding is on/off??

    Personally, it's not necessary to configure the external forwarding setting.
