Input correct code from Microsoft Authenticator App but the service throw code mismatch?

Question

Hi, I have integrated the AWS cognito service to use MFA with Microsoft Authentication, but when user scan the qr code from web generated and input code correctly match between app and screen the service throw an error Code mismatch and wait for first code expire to the second code this still throw the same error.

user have done on this action:

• Check date time on device is synced.
• Delete Account on MFA and rescanned several times and it still doesn't work.
• Tried scanning with other accounts, still not working.
• Try changing the device to a Samsung mobile phone. After scanning, can use it normally.
• Users are updating the Microsoft Authenticator app to the current version already.
